7. Payment Terms
Fees are displayed on our website or agreed upon in writing before commencing work.
• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions securely.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we apply professional diligence in our investigations, outcomes may depend on the availability and accuracy of open-source data. We do not guarantee specific results or make decisions on behalf of clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigilanter and Cavianto PTY LTD shall not be liable for:

10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of OSINT work, refunds are generally not provided once an investigation has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not started or if there has been an error on our part.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately and without notice if:
